Steve Kim, Founder & Managing Principal
Steve has advised clients in investment banking, legal and management consulting capacities. At IMS/Cambridge pharma consultancy, he worked with the world's largest pharmaceutical companies on marketing, product portfolio and pricing and reimbursement projects. As engagement manager for Growthink, a consultancy and investment bank specializing in start-ups and high growth companies, Steve specialized in business planning and market opportunity assessments and managed a global team of analysts. At Royal & SunAlliance Insurance Company's in-house litigation department, Steven handled commercial and consumer insurance law matters and worked in the Canadian and U.K. head offices.
Steve holds his B.A. in history and economics from the University of Toronto. He earned his M.B.A. and J.D. from York University, where he served as Senior Law Review Editor. Steve is a licensed Canadian attorney, and recently passed the bar exam for England and Wales.
Our Line-up
FXA's team consists of experienced FX advisors and traders from leading global financial institutions, including Bank of America and Wells Fargo, as well as FX trading firms and investment banks. All of our advisors have broad experience working directly with FX clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs to international corporations.
In addition to advising on FX risk management issues, our advisors have built FX trading floors from the ground up, managed FX hedge funds, and worked in China on FX engagements. Our programmers have integrated sophisticated online financial platforms for various clients. All of our advisors have relevant postgraduate degrees/certifications.
